This solution is appropriate for legal and medical practicioners as well as minimal or irregular usage.

All thetranscribers documents have a 98.5% accuracy guarantee and a less-than 24 hour turn-around time.

Every member of thetranscribers staff has signed a confidentiality agreement.  Our secure servers are encrypted to 128bit, meeting the requirements of Australia’s National Privacy legislation and ensuring your transcriptions remain private.

Transcriptions returned securely within a document management service.

Users have access to Emdat, a web-based service where you can view, edit and print your documents online from anywhere in the world.

Voice files and transcriptions are encrypted, and data is kept in a secure location in the event they are needed in the future.  An audit trail is attached to each dictation/transcription. 

Emdat Set-up costs are minimal (if any), upgrades are provided free of charge.

If you want Word documents returned but do not use a recorder compatible with the emdat system, then our FTP solution is for you.

Voice files are placed on the FTP using a secure log-in and within 24 hours transcribed documents are available from your unique folder.
